Model TT Series Premelters

The TT Series offers the ability to adapt to any transport option needed. 20" Power cords, LP hoses and hydraulic hoses allow LP bottles, power-pack, and premelter to be mounted independently for added safety and versatility.

600 lb. units and up are equipped with automatic spark ignition systems allowing burners to be ignited with a simple switch.

TP1200 packages offer an efective solution for a completely portable themoplastic workstation. Packages come standard with a CH220M handliner, including a 4" or 6" extrusion die. The burner system is fueled by a low pressure LP system controlled by a solid state, electronic thermostat.
